Data we process

For an online booking we process your name, phone number, email address and any notes you add (such as your hotel or preferred time). At collection we see your ID and may record its details.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Creating the booking, tracking the deposit, handing over and taking back equipment (performance of a contract)
• Informing you about your booking (performance of a contract)
• Legal obligations such as invoicing and accounting
• Protecting our rights if equipment is not returned or is damaged

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. Providers we use for email delivery and hosting access your data only as far as those services require.

Retention

Booking data is kept for the periods required by law, or otherwise for 2 years after the booking ends, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to [email protected] or to the address above.
