Choose your dates and sizes and create the booking. You get a booking code and our bank details. Once you transfer the 30% deposit, the booking is confirmed. You pay the rest when you collect the gear.

During the day we are busy fitting and taking back gear in the shop, and stock changes constantly. Online booking is open every day from 16:00 to 06:00, ready for the next morning. During the day, call us or message us on WhatsApp.

The deposit is 30% of the total, sent by bank transfer (EFT/FAST) to our IBAN. Put only your booking code in the payment reference. Once it arrives we confirm the booking and email you.

Bring an ID document (national ID card, driving licence or passport) and your booking code. You pay the balance on collection.

Collect on the morning of your first day as soon as we open, or the evening before if you prefer. Return it on your last day before we close. The price counts every day from pick-up to return, both included.

Enter your height, level and shoe size in the size finder on the home page; it suggests your sizes and carries them into the booking. As a rule of thumb, beginners ski 15-20 cm below their height and advanced skiers close to it. We fine-tune the fit in the shop.

Yes. If you call us at least 24 hours before the rental starts, we refund the whole deposit. For later cancellations the deposit is not refunded, but you can move your dates once.

We check and confirm payments during the day; payments made at night are confirmed in the morning. If you paid in time, do not worry even if the payment window has passed. Call us and we confirm it right away.

Renting in town is usually cheaper, and because you can collect the evening before, you skip the morning queue at the resort. You also try and adjust sizes without a rush.

Palandöken Ski Resort is about 5-7 km from Erzurum city centre, 10-15 minutes by car. Konaklı Ski Resort is about 20 km southwest of the city.
