A helmet is the most important piece of safety gear, especially for children and beginners. Our helmets are adjustable and come in every size from kids to adults; our goggles are helmet-compatible with anti-fog lenses.
Helmet size
Helmets are sized by head circumference: measure around your head just above the eyebrows. A helmet should sit snugly without pressing, and not move when you shake your head. We try it on and adjust it in the shop.
Why goggles?
On sunny days at Palandöken the snow reflects strong light, and visibility drops when it snows. UV-protected, anti-fog goggles protect your eyes in both.
Full ski kit
Helmet and goggles also come with skis, boots and poles in the full ski kit, so you can arrive with nothing.
