Updated:

The right size matters for safety and fun. The values below are a starting point; we fine-tune the fit in the shop.
Ski length
| Level | Suggested ski length |
|---|---|
| Beginner | 15-20 cm shorter than your height |
| Intermediate | about 10 cm shorter |
| Advanced | close to your height or 5 cm shorter |
Example: a 175 cm beginner suits 155-160 cm skis.
Snowboard length
Stood on its tail, a board should reach roughly between your chin and nose. Beginners can go one size shorter, heavier riders one size longer.
Boot size (Mondopoint)
Ski boots are sized by foot length in centimetres (Mondopoint).
| Shoe (EU) | Mondopoint |
|---|---|
| 36 | 23.0 |
| 38 | 24.5 |
| 40 | 25.5 |
| 42 | 27.0 |
| 44 | 28.5 |
| 46 | 29.5 |
Boots should be snug, toes lightly touching the front, heel staying down. Wear one thin ski sock.

Helmet size follows head circumference measured just above the eyebrows: S 52-55 cm, M 55-58 cm, L 58-61 cm.
